We are growing fast and are looking for an IT Manager to lead our IT function and team, ensuring a smooth, secure, and scalable IT environment across DealHub.

We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who is a strong problem solver, service-oriented, and passionate about technology. In this role, you will manage the IT Team while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day IT operations, projects, and processes.

You will be responsible for leading and developing the IT function, improving our processes and infrastructure, and ensuring that our IT environment continues to support the company's growth both in Israel and globally.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage the IT function, including direct management and professional development of one IT team member.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the IT team while remaining hands-on with day-to-day IT operations.
• Oversee onsite and remote IT support for employees in Israel and the US, including the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
• Own and continuously improve IT processes, policies, and best practices as DealHub grows and scales.
• Take responsibility for office IT infrastructure, end-user devices, systems, and applications.
• Oversee IT setup and support for local and global company events and meetings.
• Own the installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration of cloud-based services.
• Lead IT projects of various scales, including new office setups, technology implementations, system integrations, standardization, and process improvements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and provide effective technology solutions.
• Drive continuous improvements to the company's security posture and support ISO and SOC compliance and renewal processes.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in IT, including experience leading or managing an IT function or team.
• Previous people management experience, with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop IT team members.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace.
• Experience managing cloud-based services and SaaS applications.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, endpoint management, identity and access management, and security best practices.
• Experience leading IT projects and working with external vendors and service providers.
• Familiarity with ISO and SOC compliance processes is a strong advantage.
• Resourcefulness, self-learning, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
• A hands-on, service-oriented, and proactive approach.
• Willingness to work in a flexible schedule when needed.
• Fluent English.
