Recruitment Coordinator & Sourcer (Student Position)

About the Role

DealHub is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Recruitment Coordinator & Sourcer to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources student who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and sourcing within a fast-growing global SaaS company.

What You’ll Do

• Support the full recruitment cycle across various roles in the company.
• Manage interview coordination, scheduling, and communication with candidates.
• Conduct sourcing on LinkedIn and additional platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and update the ATS.
• Assist in HR administrative tasks as needed.

What You Bring

• Current student in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences 3rd year.
• Availability for at least 2–3 workdays per week
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• High interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and excellent communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in sourcing/recruiting – an advantage
• High level of English.
