Sales Operations - Student Position

We are looking for a motivated Student to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team and support day-to-day operations across sales, marketing, and broader GTM activities. This role combines operational execution with hands-on work using spreadsheets, CRM systems, and AI-powered tools to help maintain data quality, improve workflows, and support key business initiatives. It is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily GTM operations across sales, marketing, and other go-to-market functions.
• Build, clean, maintain, and analyze data using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Update and maintain CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and overall CRM hygiene.
• Assist with sales and marketing initiatives, projects, and operational activities.
• Use GTM and AI tools to support business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Perform manual and repetitive data preparation tasks to ensure information is accurate and ready for use in core projects.
• Contribute to process improvements and help maintain high-quality operational standards.

• Students with a maximum of 4 semesters remaining (2 years).
• Availability - 3 days a week from the office.
• Comfortable sitting with technical detail, understanding it and taking action on it.
• Understanding of commercial & growth activities (Sales and/or marketing related terms) - huge plus.
• Prior experience in high-tech companies, sales or support roles, or a technological background from military service.
• High proficiency in English - MUST
• Proactive self-starters who take initiative across a high volume of tasks.
• Coachable, open-minded, and manageable.
• People who want to build a future in go-to-market. Genuine interest in GTM or Operational paths: sales/GTM/Revenue ops, sales, pre-sales, customer success, partnerships, or marketing.
