Director of Data Analytics

vcita is a simple & effective business management platform for small businesses. It includes everything service providers need to manage their business and generate more revenue: client management, online scheduling, payments, promotions, and lead generation widgets. It also is built to support enterprises that would like to extend their current offering with a customized business management solution.

Our API based platform, infrastructure and design system offers the most seamless user experience possible, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and user satisfaction.

The Director of Data Analytics will lead our data strategy, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization to optimize business processes, and enhance product offerings. He/She will work closely with product, marketing, customer and finance departments to support data processes, reports and data analysis.

Areas we’ll trust you with::

Shape Business and Product Strategy:
Help define and set KPIs to align with business objectives.
Analyze user behavior data to provide insights for product decision-making.
Create visibility into business performance through data analysis and reporting.
Strategic Vision and Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with C-level executives to develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy.
Work with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and R&D, to integrate data-driven insights into product roadmaps.
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of BI developers and business analysts.
Drive the implementation of key initiatives and the execution of the data strategy.
Foster collaboration and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.

Areas of your knowledge and Expertise::

6+ years of proven experience in designing and managing complex data aligned with business objectives. Product related data as well as business related data are a must.
2+ years of experience in leading a data team.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business and product needs and translate them into operational requirements.
Ability to drive projects independently, working efficiently to deliver results rapidly and engaging the relevant stakeholders throughout the process.
Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g.,Looker, Mixpanel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI) and cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Data Science.
Experience with SaaS products - an important advantage.
