Corporate Controller

QTREX Quantum Ltd., a publicly traded technology company (NASDAQ), is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Corporate Controller to join our team.

This is a broad, hands-on role working closely within our finance team and reporting directly to the CFO.

The position is initially for maternity leave coverage with a strong potential and clear horizon for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial reporting and day-to-day corporate accounting operations in compliance with US GAAP.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors to support financial operations.
Participate actively in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Manage internal financial controls, budget monitoring, and cash flow tracking.
Utilize Priority ERP to execute and streamline accounting workflows and operational control.

Requirements:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with Big 4 audit background – Required.
Deep knowledge and experience working under US GAAP reporting standards – Required.
Hands-on proficiency with Priority ERP system – Required.
High fluency in English (written and verbal) for corporate communication.
Strong teamwork skills, high accountability, and ability to multitask effectively
