Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a game designer, specializing in hyper-casual games for mobile platforms.
Strong understanding of hyper-casual game mechanics, player psychology, and mobile platform constraints.
Proficiency in hyper-casual game design tools and software.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for hyper-casual games and a keen eye for detail.
Experience in conducting research and utilizing data to inform game design decisions.
Ability to create and deliver effective presentations to management.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to design and implement captivating features for our hyper-casual mobile games.
Conceptualize and document hyper-casual game mechanics, user interfaces, and overall game flow.
Craft and balance straightforward in-game economies, progression systems, and monetization strategies.
Conduct playtests to gather insights and iterate on game features to enhance player engagement.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor games to contribute innovative ideas for our hyper-casual projects.
