B2B Paid Acquisition Specialist

Fiverr Pro is looking for a B2B Paid Acquisition Specialist to join its growing marketing team. In this role, you'll build, scale, and optimize lead generation campaigns across channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Display. You’ll drive strategy, innovation, and optimization to acquire high-quality, sales-qualified leads.

We are looking for someone highly analytical and data-driven, with a proven track record in B2B paid acquisition and a passion for PPC, programmatic, and social acquisition. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience managing large budgets and a knack for innovative, out-of-the-box thinking.

Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. This allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience with paid campaigns on leading media platforms such as Linkedin (must), Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, etc in the B2B or B2SMB sectors. Experience with multiple channels is a strong advantage.
Proven track record of achieving exceptional results with high-value campaigns for international online B2B companies.
Exceptional analytical skills
Fluent in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team.
A self-starter with strong multitasking ability and close attention to detail.

What am I going to do?:

Plan, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns primarily on LinkedIn, as well as other paid platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.) to drive awareness and lead generation.
Monitor and manage campaign budgets, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI while meeting lead generation goals.
Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Tabluau to track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and refine customer acquisition strategies.
Manage the full b2b funnel, from awareness to conversion, ensuring alignment between PPC efforts and lead nurturing workflows.
