Electronics R&D Engineer

Dairycs is pioneering a new category in dairy farming – an autonomous herd management system powered by real-time decision-making and cutting-edge technology.

We're looking for an *Electronics R&D Engineer* to join our core development team.

This is a rare opportunity to take part in the early-stage development of a multi-disciplinary product.

*What you’ll do:*

* Be part of a true R&D team, developing electronic systems from concept to functional prototypes.
* Take full ownership of the electronics development cycle – from initial idea through architecture, design, assembly, and field validation.
* Design complex analog /digital circuits, power supplies, and communication interfaces.
* Work hands-on: Boards assembly and test your own boards in the lab and in real-world conditions.
* Work both in the office and on-site at our dairy farm in Kibbutz Eyal, where the real action happens.
* Collaborate tightly with software and mechanical engineers in an interdisciplinary environment.
* Use lab tools like oscilloscopes, power supplies, and debug equipment to validate and optimize designs.
* Bonus: contribute to internal test tools using Python or C/C++.
* Big advantage: Worked with Altium Designer.

* Someone smart, curious, and hungry to build real things.
* A developer at heart – someone who thrives on designing things from scratch.
* Holds a B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
* Has 3+ years of hands-on board design experience.
* A team player who enjoys interdisciplinary thinking.
* Comfortable switching between keyboard clicks and cow moos.
