Full Stack Team Lead

We're looking for a Full Stack Team Lead to take full ownership of a strategic, customer-facing project in collaboration with one of the Top 5 companies in the world.

You'll lead the design and development of a product being built almost entirely from scratch.

In this role you will define architecture, influence product decisions, and set the technical direction for a critical system. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, hands-on, and eager to take ownership of both the technical and functional roadmap.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Lead and own the full lifecycle of the product - from design, architecture, and planning to development and delivery.
Build and manage a small, focused team of developers, fostering a high-ownership and impact-driven culture.
Collaborate closely with external partners and stakeholders to align development with customer needs and business priorities.
Introduce automations and tooling improvements to optimize team performance and product quality.
Work cross-functionally with product and business teams to prioritize features and translate requirements into technical solutions

Required Skills:

2+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role, ideally as a Full Stack Team Lead .
Hands-on development skills - with deep backend expertise (Python or Node.js and related frameworks) and solid frontend capabilities.
Strong AWS experience - including infrastructure setup, scalability, deployment, and ongoing management.
Proven ability to define system architecture, lead design decisions, and set engineering standards.
Comfortable in customer-facing environments - able to translate real-world needs into product and technical priorities.
A builder's mindset - passionate about creating products from scratch, with sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems.

Nice to Have:

Background in video streaming, image processing, or large-scale content platforms.
Video Quality & Formats: Understanding of video quality assessment and various video formats
