Cleaning Supervisor

The role described involves a significant amount of on-site supervision and quality control. :
Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: 90% of the time:
o Touring the Site: Regularly tour the site to ensure all tasks are being completed.
o Daily Calendar Supervision: Oversee the daily calendar to ensure all scheduled tasks are done.
o Random Checklist Supervision: Supervise checklists randomly to ensure compliance.
o Attendance Monitoring: Ensure all cleaning personnel have arrived on site.
o Task Assignment: Assign special tasks to the team as needed.
o Event Calendar Review: Review the events calendar and ensure all tasks are completed accordingly.
o Quality Control: Conducting inspections to ensure the quality of cleaning couple times a day according to the calendar.
o Real-Time Reporting monitor real time performance true Buzz and motived cleaning team accordingly
o Work Allocation: Planning and assigning tasks to cleaning teams based on needs and schedules to optimized resources.
o Meetings: Attend the daily meetings to review daily and weekly tasks, rejects, feedback.
o Ensuring that the cleaning team's work is performed safely, tracking required items such as GC, and more.
Shifts:
Twice a week 12:00-21:00
Three time a week 07:00-16:00
