Slot Game Producer

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with developers, artists, and mathematicians to design all aspects of a slot game, encompassing visuals, flow, and mathematics
* Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation for projects, including game concepts, in-game messaging, marketing materials, game rules, select game documentation, and pay tables
* Thoroughly evaluate studio-developed slot games, providing detailed feedback on various elements of the player experience, such as mathematics, art, sound, messaging, pacing, and user interface
* Solicit and incorporate feedback on ongoing slot game productions from colleagues and stakeholders
* Facilitate meetings between different teams to align on game objectives, share ideas and plans, and discuss feedback
* Strategize and organize game milestones for different projects, breaking down overarching goals into manageable tasks
* Oversee game backlogs and tasks, ensuring clarity and transparency regarding ongoing work.
* Produce biweekly summary reports outlining the progress and status of various projects
* Mentor team members, fostering innovative solutions and contributing to the refinement of game features
* Analyze marketplace performance data to identify future game mechanics and industry trends.
* Continuously evaluate results and outcomes to implement improvements for enhanced goal achievement

Requirements:Core Skills:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a previous role as a Game Producer or Game Designer specializing in slot games
* Minimum of 3 years' experience working on Slot games with a demonstrable portfolio of games under your belt
* Proficiency in end-to-end slot production processes
* Familiarity with current trends in competitor slot games
* Experience utilizing project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, highlighting strong multitasking skills
* Possess a passion for game design, a proactive and preemptive problem-solver, capable of thinking outside the box, and enjoys engaging in creative work
* Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to clearly convey ideas, designs, and suggestions
* Strong team player, capable of effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
* Meticulous attention to detail, essential for achieving optimal designs across math models, game flow, and customer-facing communication

Beneficial Skills:
* Prior background in game development, game design, or game mathematics will be considered an advantage
* Proficiency in data analysis is considered advantageous
* Experience in UI/UX design is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 224,000.00₪ - 265,000.00₪ per year
