Today, as HUB Technologies, we combine cutting-edge cybersecurity with AI-driven insights - helping organizations around the world make smarter, faster, and safer decisions.We are seeking an experienced, responsible, and detail-oriented bookkeeper team lead for a dynamic work environment with proven management skills to lead the accounting function and join our company’s finance team.Key Responsibilities:Full responsibility for the company’s bookkeeping activities.Ongoing interactions with tax authorities: VAT, Income Tax, and National InsuranceManaging a team of bookkeepers and driving efficient, professional work processesPreparation of monthly reports, reconciliations, and internal controlsAssist in implementing new SOX procedures and ah-hoc projectsCollaboration with internal and external stakeholders, both in Israel and abroadRequirementsCertified Bookkeeper, Level 3 – mandatory10+ Year of experience -a big advantage background from the Hi-Tech industryProven experience in managing accounting functions and leading a teamProven experience in implementing new processesExperienced working in a SOX environmentExperienced with preforming AR billing day to day activitiesMinimum of 5 years’ experience working with the Priority ERP system – a mustFamiliarity working with SAPB1 ERP system - a big advantageHigh-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.If you are professional, responsible, and have an eye for detail – we’d love to meet you!
