We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our DevOps and Backend team in a growing product used by hundred of thousands of users (soon too be tens of millions).

As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of our backend systems.
managing the DevOps processes, cloud environment and technologies to ensure seamless integration and deployment of our solution.
This role requires a strong technical background in both DevOps practices and backend development, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

Passion and enthusiasm for DevOps.
3+ years of experience in leading an engineering team.
3+ years' of experience in Cloud Infrastructure serving high-scale production grade SaaS applications on one of the major CSPs (AWS/GCP/Azure)
3+ years in developing a SAAS application. Preferably in node.js
2+ years working with Unix/Linux systems systems with hands-on experience in shell scripting - Bash, ZSH, Shell, etc.
Hands-on experience with containers and container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, helm, etc.)
Experienced with microservice/event-oriented design and development
Experience with CI/CD best practices and concepts
Hands-on experience with one or more Infrastructure as Code technology (Terraform/Cloud Formation/CDK/Pulumi).
Proven multitasking ability while maintaining high quality of deliverables.
Excellent design and analytical skills.
Experience with git source control
Fluent in English, good writing skills

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
