Software Architect (Hands on)

We are looking for a Software Architect (Hands on) to join our growing team!

What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end development and ownership of our products and features, from design to scalable production behavior.
Solve diverse and complex problems at high scale.
Architect and design scalable and resilient backend systems.
Review code, architecture, and data to identify and troubleshoot problems.
Mentor and guide team members and help acheiving a culture of continuous improvement.
Drive technical innovation and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
Participate in strategic planning and contribute to product roadmap development.
Optimize performance and ensure high availability and reliability of the backend services.

Requirements:

8+ years of development experience.
Proven experience as a Software Architect or similar role
Experience in Java - A MUST
B.Sc. in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
AWS Experience - A MUST

Nice to have:

Knowledge in Orchestration and distributed workflows
Production experience in a SaaS environment, including metrics, logging, and troubleshooting production systems.
