Requirements:

What You'll Bring:

6+ years building backend systems (as a developer, architect, or tech lead)
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and AWS
Experience with distributed systems
Great communication skills - you can explain complex ideas clearly
A curious, research-oriented mindset
Bonus points: Experience building AI/LLM-powered products
