Kornit is looking for a Director of Business Operations

Reports to: Chief Product Officer

What will you do?

• Global Business Operations Leadership: Lead business operational activities across global markets, ensuring the successful execution of strategy and operational plans.
• Business Forecasting: Manage the global forecast
• Business Analysis & Forecasting: Develop and track sales and revenue plans, uncovering insights to drive growth and efficiency in management processes.
• Operations & Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and improve processes, policies, and infrastructure to enhance organizational effectiveness and meet business goals.
• S&OP Process Leadership: lead the global Sales Planning (S&OP) process, working closely with operations and finance to ensure global demand planning aligns with business priorities.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish data processes and tools, supporting the company’s transition to a data-driven organization for improved decision-making.
• Data Enablement: Provide actionable insights through data and reporting that empower the sales team to make informed decisions.
• Performance Metrics Implementation: Develop and implement KPIs to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
• Business Results Presentation: Present monthly and quarterly results to senior management, offering in-depth analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Tool & Infrastructure Development: Create and enhance tools and infrastructure to support business needs and operational excellence.
• Operational Cadence Management: Oversee the unit operational cadence, led by the Business Operations (BO) team, ensuring efficiency and alignment across functions.
• Promote work process with the cooperation of finance teams for quarterly audits and support auditing compliancy checks with documents and reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and optimize the sales process and tools to stay current with trends and improve efficiency.
• KPI & Metric Tracking: Develop and track business metrics to measure performance, support management improvement, and achieve business goals.

What should you have?

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Business Operations managerial role. Both commercial and operational experience – strong advantage
• Analytical mindset: experience using data to guide decision and measure the success of the initiatives
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Expertise in business process optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in sales technologies and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem solving
• Experience using Salesforce.com - advantage
• Ability to manage priorities and deliverables under tight deadlines
• Planning abilities, detail-oriented
• High accountability
• Good interpersonal skills
