Reports to: Purchasing HW Strategy Manager

Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'ayin

What will you do?

• Responsible for Supplier’s operational management (Forecast & POs, , ECOs, , MRP actions, transitions, Repairs, service support, OTD, etc)
• Coordinates/drives purchasing activities with planning and engineering departments to maintain inventory at planned levels.
• Leads supplier’s quality activities in collaboration with manufacturing and engineering departments
• Expedites and ensures timely receipt of materials.
• Leads problem resolution for material related accounting and receiving issues
• Provides input to regarding suppliers and material status, action plans and address long term issues.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities.

What should you have?

• Bachelor's Degree or higher education in relevant field
• 2-5 Years of Experience in Purchasing
• High level English (writing, speaking and reading)
• Service- oriented, experienced with suppliers and internal customers
• Experience with AI tools and digital technologies to improve efficiency and business processes
• Program management experience
• Commercial orientation
• Independent, team player with high negotiation skills
• High presentation skills
• Excellent problem solving ability
• Great interpersonal skills
