Reports to: Learning Experience and Business Manager

Location: Rosh Haayin, Afek Park

As an Instructional Designer at Kornit Digital, you will play a key role in shaping our customer education experience, driving a culture of learning that empowers our global community. Through innovative, technology-driven training solutions, you’ll transform complex technical concepts into engaging, interactive learning experiences that enhance knowledge retention and real-world application. This role combines instructional design expertise, project management, and collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create high-impact education that fuels professional growth. What will you do?

• Enhance Customer Learning - Develop and deliver engaging training programs that improve product adoption and knowledge retention.

• Understand Learner Needs - Analyze target audiences to tailor training solutions that address their specific skills and knowledge gaps.

• Create High-Impact Learning Content - Design digital learning courses, simulations, videos, hands-on and job aids tailored to technical users.

• Leverage AI and Technology - Integrate cutting-edge tools to create interactive, data-driven learning experiences.

• Collaborate with Experts - Work closely with SMEs to ensure training is accurate, relevant, and applicable to real-world use.

• Optimize Learning Effectiveness - Analyze learner data, apply instructional design best practices, and continuously improve training impact.

What should you have?

• Proven Experience - 5+ years in instructional design, content development, and digital learning creation. 

• Educational Background - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field.

• Strong Visual Design Skills - Ability to craft engaging, intuitive, and learner-friendly training experiences.

• Technical Proficiency - Experience with tools like Articulate 360, Adobe suite or similar platforms.

• Project Management Abilities - Skilled in handling multiple projects, collaborating with SMEs, and managing work processes effectively.

• Excellent Communication Skills - Fluency in English for clear and impactful content creation in a global setting.

• strong data-driver and analytical skills, interpreting and leveraging data to inform decisions and drive improvements.

• experience with Learning Management Systems like Docebo. 

• You demonstrate a proactive and driven attitude, initiating and driving projects forward with a passion for innovation and improvement.
