Reports to: Global Planning Director

Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'ayin

What will you do?

• Manage, coach, and develop planners; set priorities and ensure strong execution
• Accountable for spare parts availability and customer service performance across regions
• Own and govern MRP processes to balance availability, inventory, and cost
• Ensure material readiness for NPIs, ECOs, and product transitions
• Drive inventory KPIs including excess, obsolescence, and turns
• Lead cross-functional actions to mitigate shortages, risks, and delivery gaps
• Improve planning processes, data quality, and system usage
• Define, monitor, and review planning KPIs; lead regular planning reviews

What should you have?

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent
• 5+ years in planning / materials / supply chain roles, including people management
• Strong knowledge of ERP & MRP systems (Oracle Cloud preferred)
• Solid understanding of supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP interfaces
• Fluent English; able to lead discussions with global teams
• Proven experience managing and developing planners or supply chain teams
• Strong background in materials / spare parts planning, MRP, and inventory management
• Comfortable making decisions in a high-paced, customer-critical environment
• Effective working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
• Accountable, hands-on, and focused on execution and results
• Able to lead while staying close to day-to-day operations
