Program Manager for US-Based Operations

A software development company that specialises in a unique system for surveillance, defense and homeland security is looking for a Program Manager for U.S.-Based Operations to join their office in Hod HaSharon.

Responsibilities:
* Managing company-level programs with full accountability for schedule, budget, and quality.
* Overseeing and controlling work plans to ensure milestones are met.
* Leading program initiation discussions, contract reviews, and design reviews.
* Driving presales processes, including campaigns, tenders, pricing proposals, and related activities.
* Leading customer relations, product management, and cross-functional matrix management within the organization.
* Coordinating with various departments, including technical project management, production, marketing, finance, team leaders, and engineering groups.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in program/project management, including operations involving U.S.-based activities.
* Experience in managing projects through classic lifecycle stages (specification, design, development, and production transition).
* Presales expertise, including solution definition, pricing proposals, negotiation, and contract acquisition – an advantage.
* Experience in integration activities with large clients both in Israel and internationally – an advantage.
* Relevant technological background in hardware, optics, or mechanics – an advantage.
* Proven experience in managing complex technological projects – an advantage.
* Background in the defense sector – an advantage.
* Engineering degree in Electro-optics, Electronics, Mechanics, or Industrial Engineering.
