Requirements:

A certified lawyer with LLB degree in law
Up to 2 years of experience in the legal department of a tech company or at a law firm
Ability to work independently
Great attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Fluency in English & Hebrew
Experience in practicing privacy law and GDPR – an advantage

About The Position:

As part of our growth we are looking for a talented and experienced Legal Counsel to join our dynamic and professional G&A team.

Responsibilities:

Assisting in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, including license (“on-prem” and SaaS), reseller and vendor agreements
Providing day-to-day legal counselling to internal and global business teams on a variety of issues
Identifying and facilitating opportunities for internal process improvements and implementation processes
Advising on compliance issues including global privacy issues and financial regulations
Handling and assisting in a variety of other issues and projects that arise from time to time
