IT Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Cyber IT Engineer to join our IT Group in HaifaThe right candidate will have extensive experience with enterprise security solutions, network access control, and virtualization technologies, combining technical expertise with strong problem-solving abilitiesResponsibilities:Design, implement and maintain CIS benchmarks Level 1 and 2 across various platforms to ensure system hardening and complianceDesign, implement, and maintain endpoint security solutions using Trellix (formerly McAfee) protection suite or alike, includingendpoint security, device control, change control, and application control featuresManage and optimize 802.1x Network Access Control (NAC) solutions to ensure secure device authentication and network accessDesign, configure and maintain firewall infrastructure, implementing security policies and ensuring optimal performanceManage VMware virtualization infrastructure with the emphasize one security configurationsAdminister and secure both Windows and Linux operating systems in an enterprise environmentDevelop and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, and technical specificationsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team membersRequirements:5+ years of experience in IT security engineeringPractical experience implementing CIS benchmarks Level 1 and 2Extensive experience with Trellix (or similar) enterprise security solutionsDemonstrated expertise in endpoint security, device control, and application control technologiesStrong knowledge of 802.1x NAC implementation and maintenanceProven experience with enterprise firewall management, including IPsec VPNAdvanced knowledge of VMware virtualization technologiesProficiency in both Windows and Linux operating systems administrationExperience with security automation and scriptingScripting abilities (PowerShell, Python, Bash)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilities
