Marketing & Content Creator- Part Time

At CodeValue, we’re looking for a young, energetic, and enthusiastic digital marketing professional who is eager to learn and grow, to join our Marketing team and report to the Marketing Manager.

You’ll be the hands, eyes, and voice of our digital presence, someone who knows how to both plan and execute, write, shoot, and edit.

This is a role for someone with business sense, who sees marketing as more than just "likes", but as a real tool for growth, and isn’t afraid to get in front of the camera, write, edit, and take initiative.

What will you actually do?

• Paid Campaigns: Assist with setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across a wide range of channels.
• Content Production, Writing & Video Editing: "Chase" our technology experts, motivate them to shoot short case study videos, interview them for blog posts, and edit the videos and content yourself, turning complex technical knowledge into sharp and engaging marketing content.
• Bring Life and Energy to Our Channels: Revitalize our digital channels, not just by publishing content, but by creating a presence with a voice, personality, and rhythm.
• Initiative: Bring new ideas, identify trends in AI and digital, and suggest new directions.
• Data Analysis: Track performance and assist in preparing reports.



Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing paid campaigns and/or organic social media channels.

Copywriting Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills in Hebrew, with a very high level of English and the ability to create sharp, engaging, and non-generic marketing content.

Video Editing: Experience editing videos for Reels/Stories is a significant advantage.

People Skills & Energy: The ability to engage people, motivate them, and guide them.

Technological Literacy: Curiosity and a basic understanding of the software, cyber, or cloud world, or the ability to learn quickly.

Business-Oriented: A business mindset and an understanding that every marketing activity should contribute to results, not just "look good."

Must Have: Experience working with AI tools.

This is a 50% part-time position.
