DevOps Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Team Lead to lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers while remaining hands-on with architecture, automation, and delivery processes. In this role, you will drive the adoption of DevOps best practices, design scalable CI/CD solutions, and support multiple projects throughout the software development lifecycle. You will work closely with development, integration, architecture, and security teams to improve delivery speed, reliability, and operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps engineers while maintaining a hands-on technical role.
• Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
• Drive DevOps culture, methodologies, and best practices across projects and teams.
• Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure deployment processes.
• Support development and integration teams throughout release and deployment cycles.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions and configuration management processes.
• Continuously improve system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing DevOps teams of 5+ engineers.
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Strong experience with Git-based source control and configuration management.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and Bash.
• Experience working with Linux and Windows environments.
• Hands-on experience with Docker containers.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms.
• Experience working with Helm.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
