CloudAlly is a leading hi-tech company looking for a full-time collection specialist and bookkeeper to assist the CFO.
CloudAlly is a pioneer in cloud-to-cloud secured backup for critical business productivity solutions such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce.com, and more.
The job requires producing invoices for customers and business partners, dealing with collections, tracking customer charges, and handling credit card charges.
Requirements:
- High Proficiency in English speaker - Must
- Needs to be a people person with good communication skills.
- Proven experience with AR.
- Service-oriented attitude, and works independently, performing and completing tasks independently.
- Flexible hours, including remote work from home.
- Good experience and proficiency working with Excel sheets.
