Information Technology Lead

SolarGik is looking for an IT lead, to be responsible for all IT management, inside the office and on our projects, in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT infrastructure, networking, and helpdesk.

What will YOU do?

·        Be in charge of user and account management – generate users for new employees and create other licenses when needed.

·        Lead IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

·        Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of the organization's IT infrastructure, in the office and in the company’s projects.

·        Support over 120 employees with helpdesk issues- video conference calls, wi-fi connections, software installation.

·        Be responsible for IT equipment- manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service.

·        Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

·        Monitor network and server performance and implement upgrades or improvements as needed.

·        Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to make recommendations for IT improvements.

·        Work with the technical support team and other stakeholders inside the company and outside the company, to ensure project success. 

What will YOU bring with you?

·        Experience in configuring and supporting office software applications (e.g., email,  productivity tools, collaboration platforms).

·        Proven experience of on-hands and managing office IT infrastructure, including network, servers, and workstations.

·        Strong knowledge of IT security practices and protocols.

·        Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues in both office and industrial settings.

·        Great interpersonal skills.

·        Excellent English level.

Advantages:

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·        Familiarity with industrial control systems, automation, and manufacturing environments.

·        Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or relevant industry certifications.

·        Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in industrial settings.
