QA Lead

Join our innovative Team as a QA Testing Manager. You'll establish quality standards, build and lead a QA team, and oversee all testing processes to meet Tier-1 customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

Recruit and lead a team of QA engineers (manual & automation) for multidisciplinary products.
Ensure high-quality releases of software, hardware, and mechanical components.
Collaborate with Product Development and product teams for comprehensive testing coverage.
Develop automated and manual testing suites for all product aspects.
Participate in SCRUM activities and resolve testing issues.
Improve QA processes and maintain detailed test documentation.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years as a QA testing manager for cloud-based multidisciplinary products.
Expertise in manual and automated testing with tools like Selenium, Appium, and JUnit.
Proven track record in delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Experience with IoT solutions and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
Knowledge of retail industry standards is a plus.
