We are looking for a collaborative and analytical Business Analyst to serve as the vital link between our business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Support) and our technical Salesforce team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements, ensuring our Salesforce instance solves real problems and drives efficiency.
Requirements
Experience: 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Advantage - Salesforce Knowledge: Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations (specifically Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core platform features like Flows and Validation Rules).
Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders, and vice-versa for developers.
Process Mapping: Proven experience documenting complex workflows and "current state vs. future state" processes.
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills; comfortable working with data loaders and Excel/Google Sheets.
Languages: Fluency in English, Hebrew, and French (verbal and written communication skills are a must).
Responsibilities
Analyze: Lead discovery workshops and interviews with stakeholders to uncover the "why" behind their requests, not just the "what."
Documentation: Translate business needs into clear technical documentation, including User Stories (Jira/Azure DevOps), functional specifications, and business process maps (Lucidchart/Visio).
Solution Design: Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to design scalable solutions that leverage standard Salesforce functionality (clicks) over custom code (code) whenever possible.
Testing (UAT): define acceptance criteria, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, and triage bugs before deployment.
Change Management: Create training materials and user guides; conduct training sessions to ensure high adoption rates of new features.
Data Analysis: Create reports and dashboards to visualize KPIs and help business leaders make data-driven decisions.
