Information Systems Business Partner Finance & HR

Description:

We are looking for an IT Business Partner for Finance and HR to join our Information Systems team at Earnix. In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact between the Finance and HR functions and the Information Systems group, owning the full lifecycle of business applications that support these corporate areas. You will lead the analysis, configuration, and ongoing improvement of our ERP platform and related systems, enabling efficient and scalable financial operations across our global organization. This is a high impact, hands on role that requires both strong business acumen and deep system expertise.

What You Will Do:

Own, manage, and support the ERP platform and Finance and HR business applications, ensuring reliable and efficient day to day operations.

Translate Finance and HR business needs into clear functional requirements, solution designs, and execution plans.

Configure, implement, and continuously improve ERP modules and workflows that support financial processes and HR operations.

Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver high quality system solutions and measurable process improvements.

Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to Finance and HR end users, ensuring effective adoption and correct use of business applications.

You’ll Do It Using

5 or more years of experience as a business analyst or IT business partner supporting Finance functions and ERP systems.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems across the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and ongoing support; NetSuite experience is a strong advantage.

Strong understanding of core financial processes including GL, AP, AR, procure to pay, order to cash, record to report, and month end close.

Strong analytical and implementation skills, including the ability to write functional specifications and manage end to end system delivery.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and collaborate effectively with cross functional stakeholders.

Relevant academic background in Information Systems, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent hands-on practical experience.
