Life at Payoneer is a global community, where you'll work with colleagues all over the world, serving small- and medium-sized business customers and partners in over 190 markets.We are looking for An experienced Finance Applications to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team as the local FP&A system platform support and knowledge center. This critical role will partner closely with our global FP&A team, providing new tools, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis based on our FP&A system. Additionally, you will build BI reports that support the team and management. You will also play a key role in the implementation of a new FP&A system. To succeed in this role, you should be highly proficient with financial planning systems, skilled in visualizing data with PowerBI, and capable of creating new tools and data to support decision-making.What you'll be spending your time on:Developing and maintaining the FP&A planning platform.Leading end-to-end development of new BI solutions to enhance the FP&A team's reporting and analytical capabilities.Partnering with FP&A members to understand and address their reporting and analytical needs.Participating in the implementation of a new FP&A system.Have you done this kind of stuff?Hands-on experience with Pigment- must2+ years of data analytics experience with a strong focus on financial modeling3+ years of FP&A experienceStrong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BIExperience in project management and/or demonstrated leadership skillsProven ability to build dashboards for managementGood systems aptitude and knowledge of business management softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishNot a must but a great advantage:Experience with labor modelingBackground in system implementationKnowledge of the Fintech industry#LI-Hybrid#LI-MN1
