We are looking for An experienced Finance Applications to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team as the local FP&A system platform support and knowledge center. This critical role will partner closely with our global FP&A team, providing new tools, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis based on our FP&A system. Additionally, you will build BI reports that support the team and management. You will also play a key role in the implementation of a new FP&A system. To succeed in this role, you should be highly proficient with financial planning systems, skilled in visualizing data with PowerBI, and capable of creating new tools and data to support decision-making.

What you'll be spending your time on:

Developing and maintaining the FP&A planning platform.
Leading end-to-end development of new BI solutions to enhance the FP&A team's reporting and analytical capabilities.
Partnering with FP&A members to understand and address their reporting and analytical needs.
Participating in the implementation of a new FP&A system.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

Hands-on experience with Pigment- must
2+ years of data analytics experience with a strong focus on financial modeling
3+ years of FP&A experience
Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI
Experience in project management and/or demonstrated leadership skills
Proven ability to build dashboards for management
Good systems aptitude and knowledge of business management software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Not a must but a great advantage:

Experience with labor modeling
Background in system implementation
Knowledge of the Fintech industry
