In this role, you will sit at the intersection of product strategy, AI-driven content innovation, and operational execution. You will be responsible for leading the lifecycle of our internal products that deal with all aspects of our marketing machine.As we operate in a fast-paced B2C environment, you should have a deep understanding of consumer behavior, engagement loops, and how to leverage Generative AI to scale content production and personalize the learning journey.Our Office is located in Kiryat Ono.**This is a hybrid position, including two to three work-from-home days per week, with flexibility based on team and individual needs.RequirementsRequirementsExperience: At least 3 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Project Management within the Online or marketing industries.B2C Expertise: Proven experience working on B2C products, with a solid understanding of user acquisition, retention, and consumer-facing UI/UX.AI Literacy: Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., LLMs, image/video generation) and their application in content production or product features.Project Management: Strong expertise in leading projects and tasks in matrix organisations.B.Sc./B.A. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Instructional Design.Skills & CompetenciesStrategic Execution: The ability to think big picture while maintaining meticulous attention to detail during implementation.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (and Hebrew).Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct formal authority.Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, A/B testing, and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) to drive product decisions.Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly.Why Join Us?At our company, you’ll work alongside a team of top-tier professionals in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
