JR. Systems Administrator

N BN is looking for a service-oriented and self-motivated JR. Systems Administrator to join our innovative and cutting-edge IT team, supporting a staff located in multiple locations. The position is full-time and based in our Jerusalem office In this role, you will work as part of our Systems team and under our Sr. Systems Admin on maintaining and monitoring the computer systems and networks for our organization. You will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members to assist them with their technical requirements and solutions Responsibilities Network servers and technological tools maintenance, and management Test, evaluate, and implement new technology for the business Maintain Microsoft Windows Servers Management of Active Directory, Exchange, GPOs, Backups, Azure VM’s, Azure AD, and environment Run the NBN IT Help Desk, maintain and solve tickets User Setup and installation, Windows, Office, Anti-Virus Evaluate and implement solutions for security issues Requirements Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role Proven systems experience and helpdesk skills Experience in PC, Server and Networking hardware Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), network printers and patch management Experience with system security Experience with data backup and recovery solutions Knowledge of DNS and DHCP Familiarity with standard Cellular phone equipment, setup, transfer, backup and problem solving Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude; ability to research and find solutions for IT-related problems Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus Basic MS-SQL knowledge Ability to interface with and offer IT support for employees in a calm, professional and pleasant way Please apply using the link here or email your resume to [email protected] with the subject title “Jr. Systems Admin” location - Jerusalem
