We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to strengthen our team in Israel where you will be representing our partners in the local market.

As a Client Solutions Manager at Aleph, you'll play a pivotal role in driving success for our clients. You'll be their go-to expert, ensuring their campaigns achieve outstanding results. What you'll do:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and ensuring their satisfaction.
Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute effective advertising strategies that align with client objectives, leveraging various digital platforms.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, creative, and technical departments, to deliver seamless campaign execution.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table to enhance client success.
What you need for this role:
2-3 years proficiency in Account Management: creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships.
A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or similar.
Expertise with online advertising, analytics, and social media.
Outstanding knowledge of trends, markets, and opportunities.
Positive attitude with a drive to go above and beyond.
Detail-oriented and able to successfully manage and execute multiple cross-functional projects.
Structured and analytical mindset.
Excellent Excel skills.
Strong communication, time management, and organization skills.
Ability to efficiently communicate internally and externally with excellent communication skills in English.
