As a Project Management Student with us, you’ll find motivation and inspiration in a culture that emphasizes passion for patients as you discover your own strengths.How you will make an impact:Track and manage project tasks, action items, and deliverablesPrepare weekly and monthly project status updates (dashboards, presentations, progress reports, budget tracking support)Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and meeting minutesMonitor dependencies and execution progress across multiple stakeholders (Business Units, IT, external vendors – as applicable)Maintain and update project data in Jira as the designated task management toolSupport the setup and maintenance of basic project management infrastructureProvide ongoing execution and operational support to the project teamSupports day‑to‑day execution in collaboration with the Project LeadInterfaces with cross‑functional internal teams and external partners as neededWhat you’ll need:Current enrolment as a student in an accredited academic institution with at least 2-3 semesters left to graduationBachelor or Masters in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Digital Science, or other related fieldsInterest and basic familiarity with project management and/or digital projectsWhat else we look for:Familiarity with digital tools and project/task management systems (e.g., Jira) – an advantageStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasksAbility to work in a structured, execution‑focused environmentStrong communication skills, sense of ownership, and ability to work independently
