Experienced Bookkeeper

Responsibilities
Monthly/quarterly and yearly-end closings
Record AP invoices and reimbursement of employee’s travel and expenses reports
Reconciliation of all BS accounts and preparation of WP, including but not limited to: banking, customers, vendors, FA, accruals, prepaid expenses etc'
Payments to vendors and government institutions globally
Bank & Credit card reconciliations
Perform extensive reviews of the externally prepared accounts and resolve discrepancies as they arise
Coordinate with internal team members and functional group members at various levels to provide explanations and resolve issues relating to accounting entries
Continuously review processes to identify areas for improvement
Serve as a point of contact, helping associates with queries related to purchase requisitions, and as a point of contact of accounts payable (AP) processes
Requirements
Bookkeeper type 2
5 years of experience as a bookkeeper
Knowledge in NetSuite- advantage
English (writing and speaking) - high level
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with global vendors
Passion for quick learning and applying new skills and technologies
Highly motivated with an ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving and analytical skills within a fast-paced and challenging environment
