Intel Flex Solutions is an organization that provides software solutions to all Intel product groups. This position is part of a global leading team FLEX-Outsourcing Management Solutions that provides end-to-end outsourcing-driven solutions that delivers Supplier Solutions to different Intel groups.

What will you Do?

In this role, you will develop and implement outsourcing solutions by partnering with internal Intel business groups, procurement and legal teams to identify requirements and design sourcing solutions that best meet Intel needs. By developing in-depth understanding of Intel's business, you will be responsible to deliver contingent workforce consulting, verify supplier pricing to master agreement contracts and govern project deliveries. In the global arena, you will participate, and lead continues improvement projects as well as drive new business initiatives to expand OMS impact on the organization and drive multi-year plans. Successful candidates will work closely with business unit managers/representatives to identify the optimal outsourcing solution to their technical needs and will be responsible for the whole operation of the service delivery from initiation till service end of life. Close work with different stakeholders within Intel such as procurement, accounting, intel IT infrastructure, security and legal teams as well as external suppliers' representatives etc.

Qualifications

- Student for Industrial Engineering/ Technology Business Management, with at least 2 years left until graduation
- Ability to commit to work 4 days (mandatory) a week in parallel to the studies
- Excellent analytical skills and thorough attention to details
- Mature, independent and highly self-motivated
- Team player with individual task management ability

- Willing to work on multiple number of tasks in parallel
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Project/ Account management experience - an advantage

Job Location: 1-2 days in Petah Tikva all others hybrid work.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
