You will be responsible for managing and enhancing our cross-border B2B2C SaaS platform.

• Building and delivering on enterprise scale products
• Lead a team of engineers, operations specialist and business partners
• Define & own the delivery of the product roadmap
• Translate product requirements into detailed specifications
• Communicate at both the business and technical level (written and verbal)
• Drive product management from planning to delivery
• Engage customers, partners and internal stakeholders to determine business requirements and technical considerations to define innovated solutions

• 5+ years of product management experience
• B2B/SaaS experience- Must
• Experience with developing AI driven solutions
• Proven track record of handling large complex features, while being detail-oriented and maintain accuracy.
• Technical degree in computer science / engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
• High sense of ownership and accountability.
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
• Ability to break down complex business needs into actionable, manageable tasks
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Experience of maintaining product partnerships with external vendors
• e-Commerce industry experience – a major plus.
