Delivery Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our engineering group. The role requires a strong focus on supporting Tier 3 and Tier 4 teams in resolving Core R&D issues. The ideal candidate will work closely with Core R&D teams and manage interfaces with other technology units within the company.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with and provide support to both Tier 3 and Tier 4 teams, aiming to improve SLA and support. Collaborate with other units in the organization to ensure seamless coordination and effective issue resolution.

Analyze complex production issues and provide strategic solutions to minimize downtime. Use analytical skills to diagnose issues and recommend effective resolutions.

Coordinate incident management processes, ensuring timely resolution and communication. Oversee the incident lifecycle, from identification to resolution, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Collaborate with multiple teams across the company, including Core R&D and other technology units, to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.

Foster strong working relationships to enhance cross-functional collaboration and efficiency.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Regularly review metrics to ensure targets are met and suggest improvements where necessary. Develop and implement best practices for incident management and production support.

Create and maintain documentation to standardize processes and improve response times.

• 3+ years of Delivery management/Release management / program experience in software projects
• Display a positive and proactive attitude in all interactions with internal and external parties
• Proven track record of handling large complex projects and datasets, while being detail-oriented and maintain accuracy
• Experience working with KPI metrics
• Strong analytical skills and technical orientation - experience in data analysis and reports creation
• Proficient in Jira, Excel and PPT (MS Suite in general), and Business Intelligence tools
• Independent, self-starter with multi-cultural experience
• Superior organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to navigate high-pressure situations, identify problems and provide solutions
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• English at professional level
