• Strategic Vision: Envision long-term solutions and anticipate future data needs.
• Insights and Analytics: Translate complex data into actionable insights by analyzing customer behavior, trends, and engagement metrics.
• Customer Journey Optimization: Leverage customer data to map and optimize customer journeys across touchpoints.
• Data Quality and Governance: Implement processes to monitor and improve data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Customer data unification: manage data deduplication, identity resolution, and profile stitching to create a unified view for customers taking into account the business needs.
• Technical Proficiency: Understand the technical landscape of data monitoring and analytics tools.
• Execution Focus: Drive product functionality to completion with a results-oriented attitude.
• Collaborative Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment across business and technical teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably in analytics or data-driven SaaS products.
• Proven expertise in developing data monitoring, analytics, or business intelligence tools.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, visualization techniques, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, agile environment.
