Financial Operations Analyst - Student Position

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst to join our Finance team. We are seeking a highly motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support financial processes across internal systems, applications, and payment gateways
• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies, failed transactions, and operational issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Operations, Tech Support, Payments, and Product
• Assist with ad-hoc financial operations tasks and projects as assigned by the Finance team

• Active student with at least two years remaining until graduation - must
• Advanced Excel skills - must
• Fluent English (advanced level or native) - must
• Experience working with SQL - strong advantage
• Prior experience in a financial, analytical, or operations role - advantage
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working with structured procedures and performing manual tasks
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• Technically inclined and comfortable working with multiple tools and systems
