Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst to join our Finance team. We are seeking a highly motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support financial processes across internal systems, applications, and payment gateways
- Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies, failed transactions, and operational issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Operations, Tech Support, Payments, and Product
- Assist with ad-hoc financial operations tasks and projects as assigned by the Finance team
Requirements:
- Active student with at least two years remaining until graduation - must
- Advanced Excel skills - must
- Fluent English (advanced level or native) - must
- Experience working with SQL - strong advantage
- Prior experience in a financial, analytical, or operations role - advantage
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with structured procedures and performing manual tasks
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Technically inclined and comfortable working with multiple tools and systems
