JIRA & Confluence Administrator

Description:

Global-e’s IT Department is seeking an experienced, service-oriented Atlassian Administrator (Jira, Confluence, JSM) to support and optimize our Atlassian Cloud environments, ensuring seamless service delivery and support for internal users.

Responsibilities:

• Administrate and optimize Jira, Confluence, and JSM to enhance user experience, managing projects, workflows, permissions, custom fields, dashboards, and reports.
• Implement and configure Jira add-ons including but not limited to; Structure, ScriptRunner, and Automation for Jira to meet user needs and improve service efficiency.
• Partner with internal teams to understand requirements, identify process gaps, and continuously improve workflows and systems for better service delivery.
• Provide day-to-day user support, including user setup, form customization, notifications, approval workflows, and reporting.
• Act as a liaison between business units, external vendors, and clients to ensure the successful alignment of tools and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on optimization and automation.
• Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation and offer training and support to ensure users maximize the potential of Atlassian tools.

• 3-5 years of experience as an Atlassian Administrator with deep expertise in Jira, Confluence, and JSM. – Must.
• Proficiency with Jira add-ons: Structure, ScriptRunner, and Automation for Jira – Must.
• Experience with Jira REST API and integrating Atlassian tools with other enterprise systems. - Preferred.
• Atlassian Certified Administrator – Preferred.
• Strong focus on service delivery, with the ability to design, improve, and optimize workflows to meet user needs.
• Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple service requests.
• High proficiency in English.
