IT Procurement Specialist

Description:

We’re seeking a proactive and organized IT Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role combines hands-on management of business-critical SaaS applications with ownership of procurement processes, vendor relationships, and software licensing. You’ll partner closely with IT, security, legal, and finance teams to support smooth operations, cost control, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, licenses, services, and SaaS platforms, including supplier evaluation, price negotiation, and contract management
• Collaborate with IT, security, legal, and finance to align procurement and SaaS management with business goals and compliance
• Monitor contract performance, renewals, and SLAs to ensure service quality and cost efficiency
• Drive continuous improvements in procurement strategy and processes
• Administer and support key SaaS platforms daily (e.g., Jira, DocuSign, Zendesk)

• 2–4 years’ experience in IT procurement, SaaS administration, or vendor management (required)
• Experience in international business environments (required)
• Proven ability managing multi-vendor relationships and contracts (required)
• Excellent organizational skills focused on documentation, renewals, and contract management
• Proficiency with advanced Excel, procurement platforms, and SaaS/CRM systems (e.g., Atlassian, Monday, Zendesk, HubSpot)
• Resourceful problem solver who thrives in fast-paced settings
• Native-level English skills (spoken and written)
