What you'll do

You'll be part of a team working on on a core cloud infrastructure component used by thousands of developers. This is your chance to gain real world development experience with one of the best teams and develop your development skills.

You will:

Research, design and implement new features and functionalities for cutting edge cloud technologies with variety of development languages
Solve complicated and dynamic challenges
Work in an agile team applying Scrum, agile development practices

Responsibilities Include

Take ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system and product issues
Ability to solve technical problems under pressure and time constraints, and manage customer escalations
Extensive customer facing activities.
Develop a deep understanding of the customers’ technical environment
Provide ramp activities, knowledge sharing, technical coaching and mentoring
Help to document best practices in maintaining SAP BTP Portal Services
Team player, be part of team, take tasks and contribute to the successes of the team.
Demonstrate high professionalism and technical leadership

What you bring

Student for B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software engineering with 85+ average from a known institution
Strong programming skills
knowledge in Go – greate advantage.
Knowledge in Java, NodeJS – advantage.
Experience with any of the following: Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes – advantage.
Passion for backend development, distributed systems, and cloud technologies.
Eager to learn new technologies in a short time and self managed.
Excellent communication skills and fluent English.

Meet your team

SAP Service Manager is the central registry for service brokers and platforms within SAP BTP.

It enables you to:

Consume platform services in any connected runtime environment
Monitor the creation of service instances
Share services and instances across different environments

Service Manager supports services based on the Open Service Broker API. It also provides a Kubernetes operator that allows developers to connect Kubernetes clusters to SAP BTP accounts and access SAP BTP services using native Kubernetes tools.
