Hardware / System Engineer

Radix Engineering provides engineering services that bridge the gap between product development and manufacturing, partnering with leading companies across the medical device, high-tech, and industrial sectors. We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients – a global Class III medical device company based in Yokneam.

We are seeking a Hardware / System Engineer to join the company's engineering team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex multidisciplinary medical systems, supporting products throughout their lifecycle. The role combines hands-on hardware engineering with system-level thinking, focusing on technical problem-solving, product improvements, and close collaboration with manufacturing and cross-functional engineering teams.
Location: Yokneam, Israel

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide engineering support for released medical device systems throughout their lifecycle.
-Investigate and resolve technical issues originating from manufacturing, subcontractors, and field performance.
-Lead hardware improvements and engineering changes to enhance product reliability and performance.
-Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
-Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners.
-Support system integration activities and ensure robust product performance.

-B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering - must
-3–5 years of hands-on engineering experience in hardware or multidisciplinary systems - must
-Excellent communication skills in English
-Experience in production support, troubleshooting, and system integration – an advantage
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
