Planner

Location: Afikim, Israel.
Available to work 3-5 days a week.

-Managing and optimizing supply chain processes. Ensuring efficient inventory management, while meeting customer requirements.
-Managing global inventory levels for our warehouses abroad.
-Running periodic MRP to make sure safety stock are met
-Managing main suppliers production planning – Prioritizing production based on demand, material availability, and customer orders.
-Monthly parts cost control.
-Creating monthly inventory reports for top management.
-Managing periodic inventory counts in all our warehouses locally and globally.
-Data Analysis & Forecasting – Utilizing ERP systems and Excel to predict demand and improve operational efficiency.
-Cross-Department Coordination – Collaborating closely with production, procurement, logistics, Sales operation and customer service teams.

Required Skills and Expertise:
-Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent – must (also relevant for last year students)
-Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency – must (will be tested)
-2+ years’ experience as a planner in an industrial company – advantage
-High level of English, spoken and written.
-ERP experience – Priority an advantage
