Junior/Senior PCB & CAD Designer

We're looking for a PCB & CAD Designer to help develop our electronic products—laying out circuit boards and designing 3D models for plastic enclosures.
Location: Migdal Tefen.
Position Type: Full-time, On-site.

Responsibilities:
-Lay out PCBs based on schematics provided by our electrical engineers
-Create component footprints and place/route components on the board
-Create 3D models and drawings for plastic enclosures
-Ensure enclosures fit PCBs, connectors, and components properly
-Prepare files for prototyping and production
-Work closely with our engineering team through design revisions

Job Requirements:
-Degree/diploma in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, CAD, or related field
-Basic PCB layout experience (Altium, KiCad, Eagle, etc.)
-Basic 3D CAD experience (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.)
-Understanding of basic electronics and mechanical design principles
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to read and follow schematics accurately
-Knowledge of injection molding or 3D printing processes
-Fluent in English
-Bonus Skill: RF design (for senior designer):
-Transmission Line and Impedance Mastery
-Advanced Stackup and Material Knowledge
-Precision Routing & Component Placement
-Grounding and Shielding (EMI/EMC)
-Antenna Integration
-Tool Interoperability -ECAD to MCA/Simulation
