Global Compensation & Total Rewards Manager

Camtek is a global leader in high-end inspection and metrology equipment for the semiconductor industry. We are seeking a Global Compensation & Total Rewards Manager to lead and execute our global compensation and equity programs.

The position includes:
Lead the design and execution of global compensation and total rewards programs (salary, bonus, equity)
Own the annual global compensation cycle (salary reviews, bonuses, equity allocation)
Lead global benchmarking using salary surveys and market data
Advise on complex compensation decisions, including offers, promotions, and retention packages
Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and presentations to support decision-making
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leaders across regions

Skills:
-Relevant academic degree
-Previous experience in compensation and benefits, including global program management
-Experience working in a publicly traded technology company or similarly complex global organization
-Deep expertise in global compensation & benefits, including STI/LTI and salary structures
-Proven experience leading annual compensation cycles and managing global and local benchmarking
-Proficiency with compensation systems and HRIS platforms
-Advanced analytical and financial skills, including budgeting and compensation modeling
