About the job

As a Content Analyst, your mission will be to protect the end user and enhance the digital advertising ecosystem with your vigilant expertise. You will be committed to blocking inappropriate content, analyzing visual content and Excel data to classify ad content, working with multiple vendors, tools, and the latest cutting-edge technologies. Through deep analysis you will draw conclusions on classification accuracy and processes. We're looking for someone who's not just technically skilled, but also independent, friendly, and curious with superior ninja analytical abilities.

You will:

Scan, identify and remove content that violates guidelines and policies to ensure a safe digital user experience
Analyze ad content using visual media and Excel data formats for classification and detailed examination
Play detective with rules, gathering clues to crack the content logic
Perform data analysis techniques to identify trends and areas for improvement
Utilize Machine Learning (ML), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for effective content analysis
Juggle multiple vendors and tools like a pro, making sure everything runs smoothly
Continuously monitor and update content analysis protocols, to maintain compliance with standards
Analyze and refine content classification rules based on data and logical pieces gathered
Evaluate the impact of content actions on the ecosystem and user experience
Support various content-related projects and perform ad hoc data analysis tasks as required

Advanced proficiency in Excel
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree: Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science or related field.

Basic knowledge and understanding of Rejex
Familiarity with ML, OCR, and AI technologies
