Senior System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Sysadmin to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and support of our Active Directory and Office 365 environments, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange online and Teams technologies and the ability to lead complex infrastructure projects.
What your job will look like:
Manage and support Microsoft Active Directory in sync with Azure AD
Manage and support Office365 environment with focus on Exchange online and Teams
Implement and monitor applications and users authentication (AD, Azure AD)
Manage Users, Group and Computer objects and create Group Policy
Troubleshoot Windows Server Performance issues
Deploy and support Terminal server farms
Support and integrate applications running on Windows platform
Implement security fixes and enchantment across multiple environments
Provide second level support for operations issues in Microsoft environment
All you need:
5+ years operating and supporting Active Directory and Azure AD in a large enterprise IT environment
Proven experience supporting Office365
Experience with setting up and supporting Terminal Server farms.
PowerShell Scripting experience specifically for AD management and operations
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, LAN and WAN to maintain server functionality
Team player
Operating system and application security orientation
Strong communication and documentation skills
MCSE or MCITP - advantage
Experience in supporting Microsoft MsSQL always on – advantage
