Your role:
Directs and guides the activities of programs consisting of multiple and related projects performed by sub-units and/or staff, ensuring execution is in line with overall strategic goals. Typically manages people who lead and direct project teams. Develops, designs and executes project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables. Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles and exerts influence to ensure successful completion of projects. Monitors the program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal/external customers, and reports on and analyses progress and outcomes. Is responsible for ensuring compliance with and continuous improvement of relevant internal policies, procedures, and standards. Assigns and monitors work of project management staff, providing support and direction. Keeps abreast of developments in project management tools and processes (both internal and external). Supervises, selects, develops, coaches and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the project/program

You're the right fit if:

Master or bachelor or equivalent level in a technical profession
10-15 years of relevant working experience, including all aspects of project development and execution, demonstrating record of project management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology and 1-5 years of program management experience
Direct report responsibility Managing at least 4 (Senior) project/program leaders

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
